What's my plan after high school?

This is the time where people wait for their SPM results and leave for studies. Same here! I'm doing a part time job at a taska which is really cool but really REALLY tiring. I might talk about it if I'm not lazy.

I'm actually planning to pursue dentistry (applied for a private uni and local uni but no answer now 😭). I actually wanted to study medicine in the first place, but a lot of people tell me that their brother's cousin's sister's daughter is a doctor and she's having a hard time coping with taking care of her family. I was really passionate about being a doctor at the first place, but I am a really family-oriented person and the thought of not being able to put my family first made me change my mind. (On call for 36 hours is damn scary)

So then I thought about an alternative to being a doctor and thought of dentistry. Being in the medical field too grasped my attention, and the plus side is working hours is 8 to 5. I know I sound really naive for thinking that it's much easier but being able to help people that think they are hopeless is my goal in life.

BUT HO HO HO the freaking school fees costs a fortune. They are about less than half a million for a good private uni and we haven't talk about going overseas to study. Soooooo overseas studying is out of the picture but still, it's a really heavy burden to my parents which I hate giving it to them at their age. This leads me to talking about my need for a scholarship IF I CAN GET ONE. From my previous post talking about SPM, if you want a scholarship, it solely depends on your results which i'm really not confident of.

Frankly, I do hope I'll own a dental clinic in ten years time but God might just put me in the weirdest place that I could think of. For now, just praying for good results and waiting to see where God puts me!

P/S: Surprised I wrote a second post since I'm so lazy but I guess I'm so bored that I kinda procrastinate other things to write this hehe. Also, the things that I wrote is not proven so don't argue with me but that's what I've heard tho.
